My name is Tammy Garst. I've only had a little real estate experience personally. My husband and I bought a house in Denver about 7 years ago as a foreclosure. We remodeled the entire thing and sold it about 6 months ago. Colorado's market was so good we sold it in a week for more than we were asking. Then, we bought a lake house in Elk River, MN.

Now, we are looking to begin our real estate journey. I am excited to explore all the possibilities real estate has to offer!
