Hey guys new to this forum wanted to introduce myself. I'm in the greater NYC area working in the construction management industry. I am very interested in buying a second property to renovate. The first renovation I used my own basic spreadsheet to estimate costs. I wanted to ask the community if bigger pockets has a more detailed construction cost calculator that people find helpful. I'm always interested in learning how others estimate these types of costs once they find a potential property they'd like to buy.
