Investor from Northern Virginia
Greetings everyone!
Just wanted to send out a "hello" and to say that this is a fantastic community.
I am relatively new to the community. Like so many that I see on the site, I am climbing the steep learning curve and loving it. I joined BP a few months ago after transitioning from a long career in the military and was determined to enter full-time into real estate investing. Am currently stormy and forming the business, but managed to complete a buy & hold and will wrap up a minor flip in about 2 weeks - decent little start I suppose. Well, am learning about the many strategic tracks to take, but will likely initiate primarily with flipping and with tax liens along a parallel track.
Thanks to all for making this a terrific place to learn and share in the journey and thanks for allowing me to offer a little intro.
