Hello BP, my name is Michael, a new aspiring investor from Denver CO. I am looking to network and learn with this amazing community. I'm mostly interested in smaller multi-family rentals in various markets around the US. Other than focusing on my REI education, analysis, and working in the rehab/remodeling industry I do not have any real estate experience.
