New member from West Michigan!
Hey guys!
I'm finally actually using this site since I'm actively looking for an investment property, specifically a long term rental. I feel like real estate is a great investment; especially if I start young. I'm 20 years old and a full time student plus a very busy part time job. I've been very fortunate to save up some good capital and have finally started looking at houses.
I actually just put an offer in one today... we shall see what happens.
I'm eager to learn!
