@Corey Boernsen Hi Corey, my hometown is Bardstown. I have a RE license as well, but do that on the side. I invest in SFH currently and we are actually looking to buy properties in Bardstown (in hopes of moving back one day) all the time, but as of right now I feel like margins are very thin compared to what we get in Louisville.
