Hello,

I plan on starting real estate investing when I am done paying off my student loans. Looking to meet with similar minded individuals and want to learn as much as I can before I start my adventure. I will likely start off with wholesaling. I am excited to being my future shortly!

Hey man welcome to BP!

Why not use an FHA to purchase a multifamily in the meantime? Have your tenants pay your mortgage.
