New From CT/RI Area

Hi all. Found BP through my research and been feverishly stalking the forums and listening to the podcasts lately.  My partner and I are starting a Flip and fix orhold business.  We're both from the Manchester CT area but he's currently in RI and between the two of us been analyzing both markets to try to figure out the best area for us.

Currently trying to put our team together and figuring out the best way to utilize the funding we do have and make the first plunge.  Looking forward to picking up tips from and working with other investors!
