Hello all, my name is Chase Walter Jenkins. I am a 27 year old construction superintendent looking to expand his wealth to pass down to his future children. I have recently decided to put all of my focus into real estate investments, but I am just starting out.

@Chase Jenkins Welcome to BP and real estate investing. Since you are in construction, you have a leg up on all first timers. You already understand the cost of remodeling and how long it takes. It will be a huge asset. I would recommend you do some research on what exactly you want to accomplish and how you will get there. Everyone has a different path. Success is built by your willingness to work hard and learning as you go. I am here in the Houston market so please feel free to ask me anything if you need help. Happy investing!
