I have been looking into purchasing properties for rental income. I am particularly interested in Multi Families or lower end SFR's. I own a couple of properties in California and want to increase my holdings. I'm looking forward to learning more about possible investment opportunities or trying to find a partner/partners to purchase rental properties.
