New to investing
Hello out there,
I am new to real estate investing. I am very interested in notes and wholesaling. I was able to attend a seminar recently by Vena Jones Cox about wholesaling and I want in. I am here because I want to learn as much as possible before diving in. I also need forms and procedures, any suggestions for forms and contracts from your form library would be much appreciated.
