Columbus, Ohio newbie
Hello all, I am looking to begin my investing career here at home in Columbus. My brother and I manage a portfolio of 25 units my father has put together over the years. I would like to utilize more leverage on our properties to expand the portfolio, but my father and brother disagree. I am considering branching out with a partner on some local investments and would appreciate getting to know some folks here and building out a network to see what we can put together.
