New investor in Atlanta
Hey Everyone. I'm a new investor getting started in Atlanta, GA. I currently am doing one rehab in adams park, and I plan do several more next year around East Atlanta, Grant Park, and Decatur. Eventually I would like to build spec homes in profitable areas.
I'm currently trying to focus on generating leads, creating systems, and raising capital to allow me to build up momentum with the business and ultimately quit my full time job.
