Looking for someone experienced in REI to shadow.
Anyone in the Tulsa, OK area willing to let me shadow on their REI deals they are doing? ...BRRRR strategy, buy and hold, flips and/or wholesaling? I am willing to put in my time in any way I can be of service. I can sweep floors, clean houses, walk your dog, make your coffee, whatever... I just want to learn more. I am eager to learn and will not waste or take up all your time. Thanks!

@Gary C Jones I think your approach is excellent! I think as a newbie looking to get started you have to offer up some value and the biggest is time and sweat equity. Great job figuring out how to add value to others in exchange for sharing valuable knowledge.
