New member from the Netherlands
Hello, I'm Richard and I live in the Netherlands, found this website while doing some research on investing in real estate. I am looking to start with a small apartment and rent it out. As a way of starting a stable cash flow and expanding from there.
It's also an new way towards financial freedom I am currently trying to achieve. Which now mostly consist of paying off my own mortgage and investing in the stock market. So it's a good way to diversify a bit.
In the future I hope to establish a more business like approach. But first things first. I have a lot to learn.
