New investor from Cleveland, Ohio
Hello all,
Just to introduce myself to BP. I'm an investor who is diversifying into real estate. 2 years ago I bought a 4 unit in Cleveland and last month an 8 unit in Lakewood. Will be looking for more deals in the next year or so. I've been reading the posts here and think BP is a good resource. Best of luck to all.
