Rental Investor from Arizona
I currently have 2 rental investment homes from holding them when I bought my next house. I am looking to stay in my current home for several years but I am interested in buying an investment rental directly this time around. I was referred to BiggerPockets and wanted to check it out for advice on finding the right property, the best way to obtain financing, etc.
