Good evening everyone. My name is Mark Jacobsen and I'm a Realtor located in the Greater Lansing area. I've heard about BP from a number of sources including podcasts and the REIA groups I've been attending for the last few month.

My interest in investing is 1) to help anyone looking for the assistance of a Realtor in this area with a software engineering background, 2) buy and hold rentals, and 3) crowd funding opportunities. That said, I'm open minded and know many of the best things that have come about have been from an avenue I hadn't considered.

Hi Mark,

I just purchased my first flip (close on December 12) and am now in the reality/excited/scared phase.  I think more excited than scared.  I'm interested in crowdfunding and working with an investor minded realtor.  My current realtor is more buy and hold focused and that is down the line for me.
