While I have been on the Pockets for a few months, I finally decided to introduce myself now.  Similar to my approach in real estate investing, I guess.  A lot of analysis before I purchased my first duplex.  I current own a few duplexes and am looking to add more multi family, hopefully by using Brrrr.

I have already learned a lot from BP, but only just beginning.

@Sochima Eze I used TD bank and Saratoga national bank.  Keep in mind the total loans you have.  TD bank probably won't do anything if you have 4 or more loans.  Saratoga is a regional bank and probably would do up to 10.  Let me know if u have any other questions.
