Searching for my second investment purchase in Lancaster CA
My goal is to build wealth by acquiring investment property. Currently in the process of buying ideally a multi-family property. I'm trying to stay under $250,000 but other offers on properties are cash, and I'm not sure what I can do to have a better outcome.
