Hello BP Members,
My Name is Jo'Marcus based in Tampa I'm new to real estate and I set out a plan and which I want to buy and hold small multifamily homes starting as a owner occpied manager. This site has been awesome and made me comfortable to interact. I plan on making my first investment summer of 2017 using my time from then and now to learn and further mold my plan to eventually be a full time investor. If anyone has any advice of thing that would be helpful I would be grateful. Thanks for being this awesome community.
