Hello All,

My name is Jay Graves and I currently live in Dallas, TX. I am looking to start my real estate investing journey in the very near future. My main focus is to pursue the "Buy and Hold" strategy and become a landlord. My goal is to own multiple properties throughout Dallas and my hometown in Arkansas.
