Beginner Investor from Boise, Idaho
Hello BiggerPockets community. My name is Joe Ferrin and I currently live in Boise, Idaho. I am 23 years old and work as a mechanical engineer for a consulting firm. My wife and I got married last November and are looking to begin investing in real estate due to the success we have seen her mom have while investing in real estate. We are looking to establish cash flow in hopes that my wife can quit her job and be a stay at home mom when we are ready for kids. I am very interested in multi-family units in southern Idaho. Specifically the treasure valley and magic valley. I look forward to getting to know some of you on here and begin networking with you.

Welcome Joe Ferrin ! I live in the Magic Valley. The prices are a lot lower than in the treasure valley, but so is the cost of living.
