My name is Jake! I'm 37 yrs old. I own an barbershop in Milford MA. My wife and I just finished building our dream home in Bellingham MA We have 2 little boys and we both love real estate. She bought first,before we married. I watched from the sidelines while she and her dad renovated it. Once we had a kid, we sold it and made $20k profit. Then we bought a fixer upper with a bigger yard in a quiet neighborhood. We renovated everything except the garage and sold it 4 yrs later for a $40k profit.
I'm handy and creative and also have a huge network due to my barbershop! Instead of flipping houses like we have, I want to grab up multi-families and have that passive income into retirement.
