New Member from South Florida
Hello everyone, my name is Tim. I am from Lake Worth, FL, now living in Lake Placid, FL and looking to relocate to Florida's west coast but are prepared to invest anywhere in Florida.
I have been a mortgage loan originator and investor in the past and have been a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida since 2003. I have not been involved in real estate in any capacity since the market downturn in 2008/2009.
I have finally gotten the confidence to re-enter the real estate world and am excited and ready to get started.
My wife and I recently spent some money on a training program, most of which I was already aware of, and I realized that what I really needed was some guidance, experience, relationships and a re-emergence of my confidence to be successful.
During the seminar that we attended, BiggerPockets was mentioned. After a couple of weeks of "lurking," I decided to register and become part of this community.
My wife and I, along with our three beautiful children are hoping that this community may provide the relationships and guidance that we need to begin rebuilding our financial future.
