new member from las vegas
hello everyone, my name is Ricky, I was born and raised in las Vegas, I currently work a full-time job in the auto industry and I am interested in learning more about Real Estate investing, I would like to build wealth with buy and hold properties, I have no capital at the moment to actually buy and hold property at this time so I would like to start off wholesaling to build capital in order to purchase property to hold, I would like to know are there any individuals in las Vegas that could possibly teach me how to wholesale, I appreciate the help in advance thanks
