A friend and fellow REALTOR turned me on to this site. I've been plowing through the podcasts and figured it was time to get involved online and get into the meat of things! I'm Interested in several aspects of real estate investment, including buy and hold, flipping, and as a REALTOR, just becoming more knowledgeable about investing for the benefit of my clients.
