New investor from Delaware
Hello to all, I have been hearing about BP for several months now and finally decided to jump.
I'm relatively new to real estate overall but have been voraciously taking in several books on the subject in the past few months. I'm mostly looking to build long term wealth for my kids and myself. mostly through rental income.
I am a tech nerd and work as an electronic technician but trained as an engineer. I am a single dad to 2 great kids. I want us all to have stability in life especially as I near 40 and beyond.
My biggest goals right now are to start networking and learn the answers to some of the bigger questions that are still floating around my head. The ones keeping me from that ever elusive first deal.
