Hey everyone! I'm Farrah. 

I have plenty of experience in real estate -- as a renter! I've never owned or leased property. This will definitely a big first for me. I'm from Florida but I move around with the military. I want to learn how to leverage my moves to create investment opportunities while also balancing with the moves to make it feasible. My goals in real estate are to be a profitable property/land owner and eventually become financially free. Specifically, I'll most likely look to purchase single/multi-family houses and rent them for equity and/or cash flow.

First things, first. I need to learn. That's why I got the book "How to Invest in Real Estate with Little or No Money Down" on Audible and found out about Bigger Pockets.  Well, here I am.

I'd like to talk to others in my area who are trying to do the same thing, as well as others in the military who've figured out how to moonlight as real estate investors. Can't wait to meet everyone!
