Newbie - South Florida

Good Afternoon,

I am EAGER to learn about new aspects of real estate investing.

I am interested in house hacking, multifamily investing, low or no money real estate investing, buy and hold investing, wholesaling, and flipping houses.

With many years of real estate experience, as a marketing coordinator while I was in college. I also have experience in cold calling, speaking to owners, marketing, and the majority of the terms/lingo used. 

I would love to meet more experienced investors, and I offer my assistance in any way I can. If you need assistance making calls or with mailers, etc.

Currently located in South Florida (Broward Co. / Fort Lauderdale), and have great familiarity with Southwest Florida (Fort Myers / Cape Coral / Naples).

Bigger pockets has been an awesome platform to gain insight and information and  my business plan will be complete within the next week.
