New member from South Coast Massachusetts area!
Hey everyone! My name is Kam Goldstone and I'm from the South Coast Mass area. Currently, i am a full time state corrections officer, but also a licensed Realtor in Mass. I own a multi family investment property in New Bedford. I am newbie when it comes to real estate investing, but i am eager to learn. My goals are to buy and hold a more multis, and to partake in rehabbing homes. At the moment i am currently interested in learning ways to get creative when it comes to financing.
