Hello Guys my name is Johnathan, I'm an investor in Georgia. I am regular guy with a fulltime job, nothing special here, no rich family or friends to give me money. I used some savings and creative financial methods to do my 1st deal. I've only done one deal so far. Its funny, many fulltime investors make it look so easy and it is not, lol. Oh yah buy this, and flip that, and rent this and that and boom you got millions in income.....lol....right!!!. From the financing to the remodeling. This one deal is kicking my butt. Its hard work. But its worth all of it. I am a diy-er so you can imagine I am doing most of the work myself. Ok, so how did I get here, well I am a fan of Dave Ramsey and Robert Kiyosaki so after following these guys naturally I figured its my time to take control of my life. Those two have set the stage for me to get into this business. For example, Dave Ramsey help me with my personal finance issues ie learning how to hold on to money..... saving and budgeting. Moreover, Robert Kiyosaki taught me the specifics of what to do with that money and growing businesses. Currently, I am working on rehabing this townhome I purchased. It's not too bad, all it needs is a little love. What I am looking to achieve is passive income so I can quit my job. Excuse me but I hate corporate america. Ok, so I figure I can buy properties and rent them out. I would like to try the other investing methods one day but for now I'll do this to get my feet wet so to speak.
