Hello everyone!

I'm brand spanking new to the world of real-estate Investing, but are very eager to learn and progress in due time. I had my account set-up here for a few months now and unfortunately couldn't get involved due to untimely circumstances, but here I am now to put the good foot in!  I'm currently looking to invest into a property out in the Poconos so I have a few questions pertaining.

Hopefully I can connect with some great people on here that can help forward my life's experiences. Thanks for your time!

We, lcome to the BP family and to the Pocono's.  Plenty of opportunities in the Pocono's, some better than others.  Before you invest you should learn the region, invest your time in learning not only what is available but will it fit your business plan. Study the market and when you determine the specific area of interest, determine the true acquisition cost, the carrying cost and the cost to repair,  compare these numbers to the funds you have available.   Now your ready to go shopping.  Hope this helps.  Good luck.
