Hi All,

My name is Franky Maslim, and I found BiggerPockets when I started doing some research on real estate investing.

I am a software developer for my day job, and I'm thinking about getting into rental property investing for additional passive income. For now, I'm looking into single-family houses. Over time, I'd like to build my portfolio to also include duplex, triplex, or maybe quads.

I'd like to learn from the seasoned veterans here, the pitfalls, things to look out for, how to get good deals, things like that.
