Newbie - Philly area
Hi folks,
I'm relocating with my family to Philly from the SF Bay Area. We're interested in house hacking a small multi family building in the streetcar suburbs to supplement income while we raise our kids. I'm interested in connecting with local folks. Any and all advice appreciated. Total newbie here but motivated to learn.
