Hi Bigger Pockets Community,

I have a very small amount of background in real estate but am looking to get started and learn more. I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for awhile now and have an interest in Low or No Money Real Estate Investing, Multifamily Real Estate (preferably in college communities), and Buy and Hold Investing. 

I am currently an engineer in the automotive industry in the Metro Detroit area but grew up in the Grand Rapids, MI area. I have also lived in Baltimore, MD so these are the markets I am the most familiar with. 

My goals with real estate is to develop a steady stream of passive income.
