I am a new member from the Baltimore/Annapolis, MD area. I appreciate everything I have already learned and been given through BiggerPockets and it's members. Now as a new landlord and a young investor, the more I learn the more I realize I do not know. Talking with other investors, and listening to every one of the BP podcasts, motivated me to manufacture my first deal. Thanks again and I look forward to the next opportunity!
