I have known about BiggerPockets.com for a few years but did not join until now, after I listened to a few podcasts and found the information very informative. 

I am a part time investor with a concentration in Kissimmee, Lake Wales and Sebring.

I own 5 rental properties and manage another 8 more for family. I also have a full time day job.
