New Member in Tulsa Ok. area
Good afternoon, My name is Jim, From Tulsa Ok. area. I have been trying to figure out how to get in Real Estate Investing for years. I have recently finished a R/E Investing course. With that said I want to know what real world Investing is all about. I am fairly confidant i want to fix and flip, BUT I am open to any suggestion that is worth pursuing. I have done a few rehabs with friends and one with family so i am not totally a rookie.I am currently a truck driver but i am local driver so i am home every night and plenty of time.
