New Member in Maryland Area
Hello Everyone! I'm a new member to the BiggerPockets community. I have a big interest in getting back into real estate, from wholesale to fix/flip to buy/hold. Not new to real estate as I used to hold a real estate license (a few years ago). I currently work as a project manager in the design/construction industry BUT I absolutely need to get back into Real Estate as it has always been a passion of mine, not to mention the cash flow opportunity and schedule flexibility to allow me to spend more time with my family.
I joined this community to connect with people who can help/mentor me with how to get started in wholesaling and venture into more.
