My name is Chris I'm 28, I'm from middle TN but have lived in Nashville for 2 years. Buddy of mine said check bigger pockets and I'm hooked. Looking to get a 2-3 multi family homes over the next 5 years. Would love to find a duplex in the Nashville, TN area within the next 12 months. I do automotive finance for my W-2 job with a wife still in school. Never purchased a home. I've got a little money stashed away. Looking to get started. Any advice greatly appreciated.
