Greetings BP,
my name is Stephen, currently residing in the Northern Virginia area. I am a newbie, finally "jumping" into the world of real estate after many months of deliberation and addiction to BP Podcast. My wife and I are currently searching for our first deal, aiming towards a fix and flip with the possibility of a BRRR if it makes sense. We are also interested in wholesaling and buy and hold; particularly attracted to investing in the DMV but open to other areas.
