New in Middle Tennessee
I haven't yet taken the plunge and bought my first investment property. My goals are to flip some and buy and hold for long term income. I will be eligible to retire from my day job as a firefighter in 6-15 yrs depending on using previous military time. My wife doesn't share my enthusiasm about real estate and what it could do for our family. I'm located in the Middle Tennessee area. Any advice for a new guy would be great.
