This seems like a really awesome site.  I was researching what's involved in purchasing a home here in Plano Texas for the first time, specifically a duplex, and came across one of Brandon's blog posts that really spoke to me.  I don't make much or have much to spend, but I'm optimistic and excited to learn.  I am sure I've come to the right place.
