From Chicago, Just Getting Started but Eager & Ready to Work Hard

Hi, my name is Allie Cerone and I am from Chicago, IL, currently living in Hollywood, but looking to move to Portland, Denver, or Chicago in the future.  I am anxious to get Real Estate Investment at the forefront of my career; I am currently an engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background, but I am ready for a career change out of the corporate world.  I have spent weeks studying and trying to learn this RE industry, I believe my important next steps are to find the perfect mentor, build a power team with the right investors, and start my experiences off in Wholesale.  I am ecstatic to have found this site, and look forward to the discussions and future potentials.

I am investing in Chicago and use wholesalers to find my properties and some of them do very well. Living in Portland I know it is very competitive here and not as easy to get properties or buyers and I hear that Denver is very competitive also. So if you have a choice of where to go and want to start wholesaling I would go to Chicago.
