Hello, I'm Josh. I'm a newbie investor from Portland Oregon. I've been working in the technology industry for 20 years and recently decided I needed a career change. I'm hoping to build a buy and hold portfolio that will enable me to do this. I am currently in the process of purchasing my first two rental homes in Indianapolis.
