Hello everyone!

My name is Manuel Fernandez and I'm currently a full- time student at the University of Houston. I'm a Finance major and Accounting minor but I very interested in learning about Real Estate. Ever since my parents bought their first home here in Houston, I have been really intrigued by the idea of one day becoming an Investor.
