Hey all!
My name is Mat and I currently live in Ohio. It wasn until I started college that I realized real estate investing is what I wanted to do. I got out of the Marine Corps and got a job with family friends doing house rehabs for some investors buying and holding properties. Since then, it has peaked my interest and I've been taking a back seat collecting as much information as I can. I stumbled across a podcast on YouTube from bp regarding investing with little to no mon y down...and now I'm here. :)

@Mathew Wallace welcome to BP and thank you for your service in the military. I have a lot of respect for you and your colleagues. If you're doing flipping then check out @J Scott and his posts/articles. He also has a book that is really good on flipping.
