Hi everyone!
New real estate investor from Chicago here. Still haven't done my first deal but my wife and I are currently in the process of looking for a multi-unit property in Chicago to house hack for the next year. I'm really looking forward to consuming all of the knowledge on this website and am excited about our potential first purchase.
