My real name is Roy but most people know me as (Preacher) I am 51yrs young,  currently live in Bakersfield, California. I do home repairs and I am currently making steps towards building a property management business. I found bigger pockets while researching (a simple man's guide to real estate). So any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome Preacher!  I use Buildium; however, there are some good posts on bigger pockets regarding property management software.
